Reservations

  • All reservations are final sale and require full payment at the time of booking.
  • No refunds or rescheduling will be made under any circumstances.
  • All experiences require a minimum number of participants to take place.
  • If this number is not reached within the previous 12 hours, the experience will be cancelled and a credit will be given for another available date.
  • In case of official cancellation due to weather, operational or force majeure reasons, Son de Esperanza will offer a credit towards a future available experience. For group reservations:
  • A non-refundable deposit of 40 % is required.
  • The remaining balance is due 15 days prior to the experience.
  • Reservations less than 15 days in advance require full payment with no refund.

For school reservations:

  • A non-refundable deposit of 40 % (minimum $100) is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days prior to the visit.

Rules of participation

  • Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
  • Arrivals 15 minutes late or more will result in forfeiture of the experience with no credit or refund.
  • No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.
  • Group arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduction of the experience.
  • Delays of more than 30 minutes will be considered “no show” and will not be refunded.
  • If more people attend than confirmed, they must pay before starting the tour.
  • It is the responsibility of each visitor to know the policies and come prepared.
  • Son de Esperanza is not responsible for omissions of information.We reserve the right to interrupt or cancel an experience in case of inappropriate or risky behavior, without refund.
  • For school groups: there must be at least 2 teachers for every 20 students.
